He saw a Nepal full of potential, full of hardworking people and growing industries, but underserved by the kind of businesses that treat every client as a long-term relationship rather than a short-term transaction.
PRS Group Nepal was his answer. Not just a business — a commitment. A commitment to build across travel, automotive, agriculture, and supply sectors with the kind of integrity that makes a name mean something.

Khemlal Sharma is the kind of leader who measures success not by what he has built, but by what he has built it for. His philosophy is simple and unyielding: do business with integrity, serve people with genuine care, and never mistake short-term profit for long-term value.
He founded PRS Group Nepal in 2026 with the conviction that Nepal’s growing economy deserved business leaders who were as committed to their communities as they were to their bottom lines.
Under his direction, the group launched its first active division — PRS Travels and Tours — and is actively building three more to serve Nepal across automotive, agricultural, and supply sectors.
